-How to install a memory card?-Please turn the black part of the camera head upward until you see the memory card slot. Insert the memory card face up.-What to do when prompt “device offline”?-1. Please check if your device is powered off. 2. If the power supply is normal, please check your indicator light;(1) The blue light is always on: the camera is working normally. Blue light flashes: The camera is networked. Steady yellow light: The camera is starting. Yellow light flashes: The camera is being upgraded, or has been reset waiting for connection.(2) If there is a problem with the network, the camera will keep flashing in blue if it cannot connect to the Internet.
