Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace
Uses:
This device is widely used in the school laboratory, industrial and mining enterprise, food processing and pharmaceuticals industry for elements analysis. It is used on heating for small steel annealing and tempering and high temperature, heating for metal and ceramics’ firing, dissolution and analysis.
Characteristics:
1. The high density ceramic fiber is imported from Japan, which ensures the reliable quality.
2. It adopts the platinum rhodium thermocouple and import heating elements from Japan which has sensitive response, high precision control temperature and has good thermal endurance.
3. It can configure PID micro digital screen controller or Programmable controller as requirement, with functions of timing (0-9999min), fixing temperature, over-temperature alarming and auto-stop.
4. Dual Ceramic Inner Chamber and hollow heat insulation ensure that the temperature can go up quickly. Heating rates is about 60℃/min.
5. It has various safety protection measures, such as thermocouple failure, cut off the power automatically when open the door and over temperature protection to avoid accidents occurring.
6. Automatic parallel pressure door technology ensures the inner chamber temperature evenness and without leakage under the high temperature.
Additional characteristic of SX4 model:
1. Equipped cooling fan ensures the cooling rate up to 5℃/min.
2. Furnace door and furnace mouth adopt stainless steel material which don’t change color in high temperature.
3. Double air circulation, ensuring that when running at the maximum temperature, the surface temperature of the box is low.
