Food Vehicle FAQ:
1. Our cart could be applied for selling hot dog, french fries, waffle, sandwiches, coffee, hamburger, etc., very suitable for personal small business or multiple shop. We have many styles of street food cart for your option, almost each model could be used for selling different snacks, and the application of it is just depending on the inside cooking utensil.
2. For the inside equipment, the price on our website is for empty, but if you need, these items would be available with extra fee:
– Driving system
– Stainless steel working table
– Under-table cabinet
– Customized sockets
– Double water sinks and amp; water tanks
– Cooking utensils
If you need any customization, please kindly inform Iris what kind of snacks would you like to sell inside, so that the most suitable machines could be quipped.
3. The LOGO and color customization would be available if you need.
4. Our price for food truck on website is EXW price. “EXW price” means factory price without shipment.
5. Sea transportation is needed for all models food truck, due to the freight to different sea ports various much, please kindly inform Iris Zhou your destination sea port (or which city are you located in), so the freight could be confirmed accordingly!
6. This model could be made into electric (with bettery inside) type or trailer type (need to be towed by your car), please confirm with Iris for more details if you have any confusion.

Please noted following information before placing order!!!
1. For all our food truck, the price we show on website is EXW price, which means factory price without shipment. Please kindly inform Iris Zhou your destination sea port (or which city are you from), I will choose the most suitable shipping line and offer the freight accordingly.
2. For sea transportation (CFR trade term), after arriving destination seaport, CNEE need to pay the destination port charges (such as terminal handling charges, documents charges, storage charges, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods by yourself.
3. For sea transportation, there’re some common sense:
– No tracking number for sea transportation, but it have the bill of lading number (bill of lading is issued by shipping company, it is the shipping proof).
– In general, shipping date would be around 10~60 days to arrive, different country with different delivery time. If you want to know the exactly time, please contact with Iris Zhou.
– If your country are located in inland without sea port, it have to transship during the transportation, sometimes, it have to do the customs clearance at the transship seaport.
– The shipping documents we can supply is the Bill of lading / airway bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing list and Certification of origin, if you need any other documents, please contact with Iris Zhou in advance.
4. About the food truck dimension, please kindly noted there might be some size deviation due to the manual measurement, please be careful if you worry about this.
