The 45° bevel angle cut is a unique design of the meat slicer, which can effectively increase the area of product presentation, reduce the proportion of scraps, use conveyor belts to compact feeds, prevent products from falling, and is suitable for cutting fresh pork, beef, fish and herbs.

The machine adopts a special design for cutting oblique slices of meat. It can cut sausages, bacon, sausages and other materials into oblique slices. The thickness of the slices can be adjusted. The speed of the conveyor belt can be independently adjusted by the frequency converter, and the output is high. Easy to clean and to use. The machine is suitable for food processing plants, canteens, and catering distribution centers.

Precautions

1.Before using the machine, you must read the instructions carefully, especially the safety of the machine, to avoid damage to the machine or personnel.

2. Regularly check to make sure that the machine is working properly, and prevent possible short circuit or leakage of the equipment.

7. Check and lubricate the chains, gears and bearings every six months. Add oil to the gearbox. If the equipment has springs, belts, and conveyor belts, check whether they are loose every quarter. If looseness is found, adjust them in time or replace them.

8. When the equipment is designed, it fully considers that the continuous and uninterrupted working environment of the factory can generally work for 12 hours. Appropriate downtime during the work can protect the machine.

9, the device needs three-phase 380V 50HZ power supply, check the phase connection is correct, check the line connection is smooth, check the switch and emergency emergency stop switch is in the normal open state
