This EFI BIOS SPI flex cable is used for Macbook, MacBook Air and new MacBook Pro models for the years 2010 – 2017.
This is helpful when there is no SOIC8 type of EFI BIOS chip located on the logic board.
It has three connectors for the years 2010 – 2011, 2012 – 2014 and 2015 – 2017
This flexyible cable for EFI-ROM access at J6100 connector of Apple MacBook LogicBoard.
You can read and write the BIOS from the socket by connecting it to the BIOS programming device.

Which EEPROM programmers are compatible with?
Tested programmers ; RT809F/H , CH341a , TL866A and All BIOS programmers with automatic ID recognition support the cable.
Important Information:
If some SPI programmer doesn’t work, you need to supply +3.3V to ‘PP3V3_SUS’ of the Mainboard.
As mentioned that, you must supply +3.3V to the ‘PP3V3_SUS’ of the Mainboard using a DC power supply.
Sample +3.3 Volt connection pins are described in the instruction manual.
