Circuit design
The da800 development team is composed of senior enthusiasts and electronic engineers. PCB engineers have 20 years of circuit design experience. With large area and high-precision four-layer PCB design, they can provide good electrical performance and shielding effect. After six proofing tests for two years, the circuit layout and wiring are optimized for many times to achieve better results.
Power supply
Two alloy sealed ring transformers supply power for digital circuit and analog circuit respectively,
The digital circuit uses multiple LDO low noise linear voltage regulator to supply power independently, for example, lt1963, ADP150 and other voltage regulator chips are widely used
Analog circuit uses complex class a discrete element linear voltage stabilizing power supply
Digital circuit
After many tests and comparisons over a long period of time, we have fully understood the characteristics of es9038pro. We have turned off all the attached functions inside the chip, so that it can only be used as a D / a conversion. We have externally attached the top-level dim chip of AKM as SPDIF receiving, XMOS xu208 as USB DAC receiving, cs8675 Bluetooth 5.0 module (when Bluetooth is not used, the system will automatically power off Bluetooth).
It adopts large-scale FPGA programmable logic chip, with its powerful data processing ability, exclusive digital shaping technology, FIFO clock synchronization technology, DOP demodulation and so on. Besides Bluetooth, da800 interface supports DSD

Analog circuit
The exclusively developed analog output circuit uses op amp + discrete element architecture (similar to the architecture of accphase dc950). The da800 uses 6 dual op amps in total, and uses 16 audio couplers and 16 MOS tubes as current expansion and buffer to realize parallel full balanced output. This design is the key to the natural smooth, fine and hearing-resistant sound of the da800.
Production test
Fully follow the manufacturing process of imported high-end equipment, precision matching of important components, imported feverish solder welding, after each machine is aged for 72 hours, it can be delivered only after passing the AP audio analyzer test.

Main functions
PCM filter (PCM digital filter setting)
There are 7 types of PCM filter in da800, which can be selected in turn by right clicking

DSD filter (DSD digital filter setting)
There are 4 types of DSD filtering in da800 (i.e. IIR filtering, which is used to adjust the DSD cut-off frequency). Press the right button to select one by one

DAC mode (master clock mode setting)
This function is one of the main features of da800, with the following two modes
1: Async (asynchronous mode) is the default mode of es9038pro. At present, most DACs designed based on es9038 use this mode, the internal ASRC function

The main clock signal generated by PLL is directly supplied to es9038, which greatly reduces the error generated by ASRC inside the chip, and the signal is restored with higher precision
*Sync mode is sensitive to the clock signal of the front-end audio source, so it is recommended to turn it on when the front-end audio source is high-end (the quality of the real-time clock signal is high)
This mode, otherwise async mode is recommended
HDMI mode (HDMI mode setting)
This item is used to set the line sequence definition of iis-lvds channel. Da800 can be compatible with two mainstream line sequence definitions on the market
DPLL mode (DPLL bandwidth setting)
1: Normal normal mode, which is compatible with most front-end devices on the market
2: High BW high bandwidth mode. If your front-end signal is not ideal enough, it may cause the da800 to lose lock. This mode can be selected at this time
de-emphaisi (de weighting setting)
This item is used to set the de emphasis on or off, which can restore the original sound more accurately after it is turned on, but “de emphasis” is mainly relative to “pre emphasis”, so it is recommended to set off
line out mode
1: Flat mode, the line output is fixed maximum volume, the internal volume adjustment will be skipped, and the volume cannot be adjusted at this time
2: Pre (adjustable) mode, line output volume supports 0 to – 128dB adjustable
