CH338  Digital  Torsion  Meter  a  Brand  Intellective  Instrument    

CH338 is a brand new intellective instrument in which there is a build-in microprocessor. The instrument is mainly made up of torque device and second meter. The key point to affect the testing accuracy of torque is torque sensor. The instrument adopts gilled torque sensor with the characteristics of high reliability, high signal-to-noise ratio, high accuracy and long aging life.

1. It can measure the positive and negative torque. Also, the upper limit alarm can be set without data lost when power off.

2. With zero calibration function. Self null stability. Four digits display with high accuracy and stability.

3. Designed with double watchdog. High reliability without system halted in complicated environment.

4. Equipped with all kinds of testing clamps of E27/ E26, B22d, E14/E12, G13/G5. Convenient to test.

Principle diagram

Resistance strain gauge is stick to the elastomer of sensor and form a Wheatstone bridge. Connect the bridge with stimulant voltage. Under the effect of torque, the elastomer distorts. Strain gauge brings change of resistance and makes the bridge lopsided. The voltage signal of bridge and torque is magnified by second meter. After A/D conversion, the signal is sent to microprocessor to be dealt and display.
