Product launch
The vehicle spray booth provides a closed environment for painting vehicles with pressure control. As we know, an appropriate, dust-free temperature and wind speed is necessary for painting.
Second, this spray booth can provide a relatively ideal paint environment; this can be controlled by several ventilation groups, heating system and filtering system, etc. the heated air produced by the burner can help the spray booth maintain proper temperature, airflow and lighting.
In order to promote an appropriate and dust-free temperature and wind speed for customers, our spray booth has the following advantages:
Spray booth ventilation
Our spray booth has several ventilation systems that provide better painting conditions. All filtration systems and air exhaust systems below create an efficient vertical air flow; and this air flow distributes inside the cabin evenly; then, this air flow allows the supercharging to be removed from the vehicle immediately and completely.
Air recirculation on the cooking model
100% of the air produced by the fan is transported to our spray booth during the cooking model; and only 15% -20% is expelled outside, which means that the 85% -80% balance is recovered and filled with fresh air by means of the change damper.
The interior temperature of our spray booth increases rapidly; then the heating system switches off immediately when it reaches the cooking temperature, which will save more energy.
Lighting
The lighting system is provided by a four * 36 W light fixed in the ceiling panels and side walls. They are sealed with 5mm toughened safety glass. Our spray booth lighting system is capable of providing sufficient lighting with lower energy consumption safely.
Filters
The filtering system is made up of high efficiency filters. The spinners maintain a higher dust retention capacity and lower resistance to air passage. The long-life design reduces the frequency of replacement, which helps reduce operating costs.
Guarantee
Our equipment, with the exception of fast wear parts, is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt and the filters and lamps are fast wear parts.
