INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1.Submerge the article in hot water(68-82ºC)2.Wait for the special thermoplastic material to act and remain translucent.3.Remove the item from the water using a spon and make sure it is not too hot to handle.4.While the article is still warm but manipulative,put it in your mouth and press for about a minute until it fits easily into your teeth.5.Remove it befor the material hardens completely.Trim excess thermoplastic material with scissors and allow to dry completely for 5 minutes6.For faster trying,immerse the article in cold water.7.If the item doesnot fit perfectly repeat the process again.
