Q1:  Do buyers need to pay customs duties?

A1:For products with batteries, we provide free shipping and tariff-free to EU countries/USA/Canada/Russia/Korea, and other countries may need to pay taxes. Any tariff issues need to be dealt with by the buyer. But we will provide all help.

Q2:  How long is the delivery time? What shipping method is used to send the product?

A2:The delivery time is about 30-60 days. After the parcel is transported by the “China-EU” railway line to Europe, we will deliver the parcel to your address by UPS.

Q3: Can you ship to the UK or Israel?

A3: UK:  I can send the package to the UK, if you are willing to wait 75 days, and you are willing to cooperate with customs clearance and pay customs duties.

Israel:  I can send the package to Israel. But you need to pay taxes.

Q4: What should I do if the bicycle is damaged after receiving it?

A4:  We will try our best to protect our packages, but we cannot completely avoid the damage caused by logistics transportation. If you receive a damaged or scratched bicycle, please contact us in time and we will provide you with repair tools or new parts.
