Introduction:

This machine is suitable for use in the pharmaceuticals, chemical and food industries for mixing powder or granular materials.
The cylindrical structure is the distinguishing feature and the mixing ability is well-proportioned and efficient with no blind spots in the cylinders and no accumulation of materials. This machine is straight forward and it is easy to operate with surface that are easy to clean in a high finished stainless steel.  

Operation and Maintenance
 

1. Fixing: Place the machine squarely on the flat so it will run smoothly and efficiently.  
2. Before use, add oil to the add oil point.
3. Then run an empty load. Check the action carefully to make sure the machine is in good working order.  
4. Rolling the feeder station. Open the lid. Feed in the materials making sure not to exceed the 40% limit of the cylinder.  
5. Close the feeder lid. Run the machine. Stop if any abnormality occurs.  
6. Cleaning surface inside and out when changing materials or when finished a run.

• Remarks:

• Place the machine on a flat and sturdy surface so it will run smoohtly and effciently.

• Before use, check the gear reducer to ensure there has enough oil.

• Run an empty load. Check carefully to make sure the machine is under good condition.

• The materials should not exceed 40% of the cylinder’s limit.

• It is necessary to clean the hopper completely when changing materials or when finishing a run.

Warranty:

1.  The  powder mixing  machine V-200  is  designed with high stainless steel quality  constructions and  meet  GMP standard.  

12 months limited  warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2. Defective items must be  reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

3. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine  is defective as report.

4.If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.

5. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

(1). Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on man-made fault.

(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.
